ABOUT Jalen
Im a chef born out of Mesa Arizona, I came across cooking and the art of being able to create something out of nothing. On my path to choosing my career, I discovered how much I love creating art. Food fell into that category and being a foodie myself, it felt perfect for me. So I went to culinary school and loved it! After graduating I completed a 3 month externship in the South of France. That experience only broadened my love and passion for cooking. This doesn’t feel like a job to me at all, this is simply what I love to do.
