terms and conditions
Thank you for choosing Culinary Collins. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for all clients. By booking services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking
All services must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed once agreed upon. Booking indicates acceptance of these terms. Clients are responsible for providing accurate dietary restrictions, allergies, preferences, and service details.
Deposits
Certain services, private dinners, or events may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Deposits are applied toward the total balance.
Subscriptions & Recurring Services
Recurring meal prep clients are billed weekly unless otherwise agreed. Services may be paused or canceled with at least 48 hours notice before the next scheduled session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee up to the full service amount. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food preparation and reserved time, refunds are not provided after services are completed. If there is a concern with your service, please reach out within 24 hours so it can be addressed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide a clean, safe, and functional kitchen environment for in-home services, communicate allergies clearly, supervise pets or children, and ensure timely access to the service location.
Food Safety & Liability
Proper food safety standards are followed at all times. Once food is delivered or service is completed, proper storage and reheating become the client’s responsibility. Culinary Collins is not liable for issues related to improper storage or undisclosed allergies.
Travel & Grocery Fees
Travel outside the standard service area and grocery costs may incur additional fees based on actual expenses unless otherwise agreed.
Menu Changes
Menus may be adjusted based on ingredient availability or seasonality while maintaining quality standards.
Privacy
Client information is kept private and used only for booking, communication, and service fulfillment. Information will never be sold or shared.
Agreement
By booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment
Payment is due prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Grocery costs are billed separately unless included in your selected package. Late payments may result in paused or canceled services.
